Required Qualifications: Current certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and AWHONN Intermediate preferred; at least 2 years of experience in labor and delivery, including experience with LDRP model, postpartum, C-section circulation, and special care nursery. Responsibilities include triage of obstetrical patients, utilization of external fetal heart monitoring, managing peripheral IVs, administering antihypertensives and insulin drips, assisting with vaginal deliveries, recovering C-sections, neonatal assessments, managing epidural anesthesia, and postpartum care.
