Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reportingPrepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variancesSupport revenue recognition and expense accounting in accordance with GAAPMaintain fixed asset schedules, accruals, prepaid expenses, and intercompany transactionsAssist with preparation of financial statements and supporting schedulesSupport external audit activities and provide requested documentationHelp ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and company proceduresPartner with FP&A and operational teams to provide financial insights and reporting supportAssist with process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalabilitySupport ERP system enhancements, implementations, and data integrity initiativesParticipate in special projects, including system implementations, acquisitions, and integration activities as needed. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required3–6+ years of progressive accounting experiencePublic accounting experience strongly preferredCPA or CPA-eligible preferredStrong understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processesExperience working in a technology, SaaS, or high-growth environment preferred.
