This position will oversee the collection, processing, and testing of in-office orders of waived and moderate complexity assays, interaction with partner labs for send-out of high complexity testing, management of a team of laboratory personnel, and maintenance of the laboratory with a focus on compliance and safety. Operations: Oversee a team of Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, and other Laboratory personnel to collect, prepare, and submit testing to external partner labs, operate the in-office lab, and to support the clinical practitioners.
