The Account Payable Clerk supports the accurate processing, management, and analysis of all forms of payments within the organization. This role assists with month-end close activities related to credit cards, billing, and payment reconciliations, as well as processing monthly sales tax filings, corresponding payments, and Purchase Order billing on a regular basis. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:<ul><li>Execute all Accounts Payable transactions, including initiating wire transfers, managing check payments, and verifying approvals, to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
	</li><li>Review, approve, and verify vendor information to maintain accurate and compliant records
	</li><li>Manage AP Aging reports to monitor outstanding liabilities and support cash flow management
	</li><li>Process invoices and expense reports, validating proper coding and required approvals  
	</li><li>Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
	</li><li>Monitor work for accuracy and quality, and solicit feedback for improvement 
	</li><li>Complete ad-hoc reporting as needed

  Skills, Knowledge, & Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Accounts Payable is required
	</li><li>College degree in Business field preferred. 5+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree is required  
	</li><li>Experience using ERP software (i.e. NetSuite, OneStream, SAP, and/or Oracle)
	</li><li>Experience with SAP Concur preferred
	</li><li>Strong communications skills with a focus on relationship management
	</li><li>Self-starter who is adaptable, dependable, and ethical 
	</li><li>Ability to independently evaluate and analyze data
	</li><li>Proven initiative and creative approaches to problem solving
	</li><li>Meets productivity standards and completes work in a timely manner

Responsibilities:
