Working in close partnership with departmental leaders, clinical vice chairs, division directors, and administrative partners, the Associate Director develops and continuously improves systems, workflows, and service models that ensure physician and faculty readiness, enhance service delivery, reduce administrative burden, and support departmental priorities. The Associate Director serves as a primary liaison between the Department and numerous institutional and external partners, including Human Resources, Finance, Medical Staff Offices, Emory Healthcare Physicians Services, licensing and regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders involved in faculty recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing operations.
