Conduct court clinic evaluations and consultations, provide quality and timely written reports and offer testimony relevant to CRA, delinquency, care and protection, aid in sentencing, need emergency mental health treatment (MGL Chapter 123, Section 12), Involuntary treatment for substance use disorder (MGL Chapter 123, Section 35), competence to stand trial, criminal responsibility and other forensic mental health questions as directed by the Court. Follow established procedures for collaborating with applicable state agency personnel including DCF, DYS, DDS, DPH, their vendors, and with public/private special education school programs in order to facilitate appropriate referrals and collaboration.
