The Senior Director, Finance & Accounting is a senior leadership role responsible for partnering closely with the Chief Financial Officer to oversee the firm's accounting operations, strategic financial planning, financial systems, and cross-functional financial processes. Design, document, and continuously improve cross-functional financial processes, including AP vendor lifecycle management, producer status configuration, payroll and tax coordination, in partnership with Accounting, HR, Operations, and other stakeholders.
