Reporting to the Managing Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, the Compensation Accountant will be responsible for the financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting over new and existing compensation plans (e.g., annual discretionary bonus, restricted unit plan, phantom restricted unit plan, carried interest plan, and other incentive plans). Actual base salary within the specified range is comprised of several components, including but not limited to applicant's skill, prior relevant experience, specific degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and the location of the position.
