The Epic Business Intelligence Analyst partners closely with operational leaders, clinical stakeholders, revenue cycle leaders, Epic application teams, informatics, and information technology departments to identify reporting requirements, develop meaningful analytics, support regulatory and operational reporting needs, and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. The Epic Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of reporting, analytics, dashboards, and data visualization solutions that support organizational decision-making, operational performance, quality improvement, financial stewardship, and strategic initiatives.
