Working with the Academy Sports Performance Coach and in collaboration with coaching and sports medicine staff, the Associate helps promote athlete development, optimize performance, and assists return- to- play processes. Professional, collegiate, or elite youth soccer playing experience, or equivalent experience supporting soccer operations, coaching, or performance within a professional, collegiate, academy, or high-performance environment preferred.
