This role drives global competitiveness through leadership of manufacturing, supply chain, operational excellence, and the Power Electronics Center of Excellence, enabling profitable growth, technology commercialization, and the development of a strategic partner ecosystem that expands EnerSys power electronics capabilities through external technology, design, and manufacturing partnerships while protecting and advancing core intellectual property and competitive differentiation. The role is further responsible for developing strategic external partnerships that extend the capabilities of the Network Infrastructure Solutions line of business, leveraging industry-leading suppliers, design partners, and manufacturing partners to accelerate product development and commercialization of non-core technologies while maintaining focus on EnerSys strategic differentiators.
