This role owns the company's operational infrastructure: financial administration (our external bookkeeper relationship, expenses, payments, vendor management, budget tracking), people operations (onboarding through offboarding, records, benefits coordination, running the HR processes on our existing levels and review framework), contract coordination (review against business terms, execution, repository, liaison with outside counsel on routine matters), and office operations.
