p>The successful candidate will have an Bachelors Degree or in lieu of degree, Associates Degree and 3 years of relevant work experience, be legally eligible to work in the US, have 5 years of work experience in transportation, logistics, or solid waste operations in which coaching, routing assessments and leading employees was performed, and a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment.

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing collections activities, container delivery and pickup for commercial, industrial and residential customers, while managing a large team of dispatchers, drivers, and other workers who are responsible for managing the route system as well as executing a local market strategy to best complete Casella initiatives.

p>As Senior FP&A Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement net-new analytical frameworks for the service line - capacity planning, leverage modeling, revenue and pipeline analytics, and similar forward-looking tools - in a function that is actively transitioning from reporting-centric to analytics-driven; prior experience building FP&A infrastructure in a scaling or transforming organization strongly preferred.
