This role partners closely with MCP leadership, Ambulatory Leader, ICCE leaders, physicians, APPs, nurses, medical office staff, system departments, and other stakeholders to support timely access, coordinated communication, fiscal accountability, regulatory readiness, and a consistent, high-quality patient experience. Under limited supervision, the Program Director is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations and proactively assessing, developing, and implementing processes that support safe, efficient, and patient-centered care for individuals and families served by the EDS clinic.
