As a key member of the Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine team, the APP will: Provide inpatient rehabilitation consultations, partnering with hospital-based teams to assess functional needs, identify rehabilitation opportunities, support care planning, and help facilitate appropriate transitions to the next phase of care. These include the Muscle Nerve Program, certified as a Duchenne Care Center; the Limb Differences Clinic, an affiliate of the Association of Children with Prosthetic-Orthotic Clinics (ACPOC); and the Spinal Differences Clinic, recognized as a partner of the Spina Bifida Association (SBA).
