Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive safety training - covering new hire orientation, annual refreshers, specialized certifications, and all required OSHA, equipment-specific, and site-specific programs - for a high-automation manufacturing workforce including employees, contractors, and supervisors. The primary responsibility of the HSE Team is to protect employees, safeguard assets, ensure regulatory compliance and maintain operations through the development and implementation of policies, procedures, controls, training, and continuous improvement programs.
