Manages acute and chronic illnesses, performs assessments, procedures, interprets diagnostic studies, and initiates treatment plans both within an ambulatory practice and in a hospital setting within the scope of a given procedural specialty (i.e., Cardiology, Vascular Surgery, Ortho, and Post-Acute). Manages the health care of patient populations with compassion in specialty services such as Cardiology, Vascular Surgery, Orthopedics and Post-Acute in the hospital, skilled nursing and clinic settings where procedures, prescriptive services, rounding and call obligations are expected.
