This position works closely with the Director of Finance, finance team, providers, department leaders, payers, vendors, and the EMR vendor to support accurate billing, timely reimbursement, effective cash flow, and continuous improvement of revenue cycle processes. The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for the oversight of Cedar Point Health's revenue cycle operations, including staff management, payer relations, coding, billing, claims management, accounts receivable, collections, third-party billing services, and audits.
