Community Participation Supports (CPS) is a person-centered service designed to help individuals develop interpersonal, communication, daily living, and work-related skills while exploring community connections, volunteer opportunities, educational experiences, and pathways to greater independence. The primary service area includes Upper Bucks, Lehigh, and Carbon counties, and the supervisor will regularly travel throughout the region , and the supervisor will regularly travel throughout the region to support staff, oversee services, and build relationships with individuals and community partners.
