EssentialJobDuties: (Other duties will be assigned as needed) Must be willing and able to do the following: Resident Billing & Accounts ReceivableManage resident census changes, billing, rent payments, ACH transactions, ancillary charges, rent increases, move-out/deceased resident final accounting, and refunds. The Business Office Director is responsible for the overall business operations of the community, which includes but is not limited to the core functional areas of, managing all aspects of invoicing residents, managing the payment of invoices from vendors, and employee relations.
