Successful candidates are experienced caregivers who are: • Reliable, professional, and committed to providing excellent care• Comfortable working independently in a client's home• Comfortable living in a client’s home and providing care in a professional, respectful manner• Respectful of client dignity, privacy, and independence• Strong communicators with families, clients, and the Griswold team. Provide personalized support based on each client's individual care plan, including: • Personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, toileting, and transferring• Medication reminders• Meal preparation and light housekeeping• Companionship and emotional support• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)• Dementia care and other specialized support as needed.
