Job Summary/Basic Function: In this collaborative leadership role, you'll oversee the Boise State Shuttle program, lead and develop a team of shuttle drivers, manage fleet maintenance and operational safety, and monitor budgets, compliance, and performance reporting. Direct the strategic planning, stewardship, and daily operations of the Boise State Shuttle program, overseeing the full employee lifecycle of the shuttle driver team - recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluation.
