The AE works alongside Producers and are principally responsible for overseeing management of assigned accounts as the technical expert and broker-consultant across complex, multi-carrier benefit programs including fully insured, self-funded, and level-funded arrangements. The AE partners with appropriate decision makers, provides proactive consultation, insurance program design, carrier interface/marketing, coordination of risk control resources, relevant collaboration with colleagues throughout HUB, and negotiation of coverage terms and conditions.
