As Director of Engineering, you'll oversee all aspects of facility upkeep, capital projects, regulatory compliance, vendor relations, safety programming, and team management-all with the goal of creating a beautiful and well-functioning community for our seniors to call home. Key Responsibilities: Oversee preventative maintenance for all systems: HVAC, fire safety, lighting, elevators, pool/spa, plumbing, landscaping, kitchen/laundry equipment, and vehicles.
