Job Duties: The Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide) is responsible for assisting in the provision of the therapeutic milieu by monitoring and communicating with persons served, providing rehabilitation groups under supervision, and assisting in crisis intervention. PHFs are for clients who require stabilization, medication management, behavioral interventions, psychotherapy, psychosocial education, and a transition plan to enable a successful return to their community.
