Preferred to have demonstrated experience handling claims that involve Appraisal Under the Policy or other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms, but willing to train candidates with strong adjusting and estimating backgrounds who demonstrate aptitude for complex valuation disputes. Mental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines.
