Unlike traditional Asset Management advisory services that focus primarily on existing operations, organizational transformation, distressed assets, or operational performance improvement programs, the Asset Maintenance practice within CORE is principally focused on supporting greenfield developments and brownfield projects, helping clients successfully transition assets from project execution, through startup and ramp-up, into reliable and sustainable operations. A critical expectation of the role is to champion Asset Maintenance as a critical component of successful project delivery, ensuring maintenance organizations, systems, work processes, spare parts, maintenance facilities, workforce capabilities, maintenance strategies, and asset data are established and ready to support safe, reliable and efficient operations at startup.
