Four years or more of industrial maintenance experience preferred Mechatronics-Electrical and/or Controls Automation, Equipment Test experience environment of high-volume manufacturing Strong preventive maintenance development experience, familiarity with reliability centered maintenance principles preferred and project management skills and Lean Manufacturing experience Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality, quantity, manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, establish and achieve goals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to work night shift schedule, including weekday, weekends, and/or overtime; must be able to change schedule based on business needs given an advance notice is provided Good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office a must, familiarity with CMMS preferred Troubleshoot using mechanical and electrical schematics/diagram prints.
