At least 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically in kitchen cabinetry, custom millwork, or high-end residential kitchen/bath installation — general construction, superintendent, or corporate project-management experience without direct cabinetry/millwork/kitchen exposure will not be considered a match for this role.
