Competency: Excellent verbal, written, presentation, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills, competent and experience in working with USDOT/OSHA rules and requirements, critical thinking, separate facts from assumptions to determine relevant facts in the decision-making process, be honest, responsible and trustworthy with confidential information, represent the company in a professional and ethical manner, excellent driving record. Responsible for accident investigation that involves company equipment, personnel and/or property; notify applicable operations managers of all incidents in addition to the COO and VP, SAP; retrieve police reports and work with adjusters to ensure accurate appraisals and facilitate repairs.
