Responsibilities include initial-response screening, patient preparation, vital signs, medication administration, specimen collection, clinical testing, phlebotomy, EHR documentation, patient education, appointment coordination, and assisting providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments according to established protocols, policies, and procedures. Actively monitor and respond timely to patient requests through telephone encounters, In-Basket messages, and/or MyChart according to identified time frames and document responses in the EHR.
