The Superintendent works closely with National Account leadership, Project Managers, clients, facility personnel, building engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to complete work safely, on schedule, within budget, and with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. The National Accounts Superintendent is responsible for the field execution of commercial construction, facility improvement, and mechanical service projects supporting key national account clients in the Annapolis, MD market and surrounding locations.
