This role provides operational leadership and oversight of the Payroll Services Support team, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate, and high-quality technical, servicing, and administrative support to Payroll Services Underwriting. Working closely with the AVP, Underwriting Services, the Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations, supports team performance, and ensures customer service, production, and quality objectives are consistently achieved.
