We are currently seeking well-qualified candidates for a take-charge Office Manager position in a 1-person office to oversee the daily office and administrative operations for a manufacturing company in Akron. 
In this position, you will ensure the office runs smoothly and professionally by managing company-wide administrative and management tasks, including  managing day-to-day financial records, the procurement process, and HR operations. Hours:<ul><li>7:30am  4:00pm, Monday - Friday</li></ul> Pay:<ul><li>$25.00 - $30.00+/hour, based on experience and capabilities</li></ul> Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day office operations and procedures including managing office supplies and equipment, maintaining office files and records, and managing office budget and expenses</li><li>Ensure office policies and procedures are followed, manage documentation and procedural activities including ensuring each department manager follows proper protocol and documentation.</li><li>Handle bookkeeping, invoice processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, </li><li>Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments)</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts, track and categorize expenses</li><li>Process payroll, time-off tracking, and manage employee expense reports, </li><li>Prepare monthly financial reports and month-end closing</li><li>Process purchase orders and requisitions, maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory</li><li>Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery, resolve invoice discrepancies and issues with suppliers</li><li>Assist with inventory control and stock level monitoring</li><li>Support HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records</li><li>Handle employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures</li><li>Work with proprietary accounting, purchasing, production and record-retention software</li></ul> Minimum Requirements<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of office management, prefer operations management experience as well</li><li>Must have experience running office operations in a manufacturing or production environment</li><li>Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, office management software or tools and accounting software. Responsibilities:
 The duties listed below are intended only as an illustration of the various types of responsibilities that may be assigned to this role. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment to the position. <ul><li>Oversees general office maintenance, records management, vending services, office supplies, phone systems, mail services, and office equipment.</li><li>Supervises and trains any customer service/clerical personnel in the Regional Office/Parking Office, if applicable.</li><li>Supports other functions managed out of the Regional/Parking Office, which can include but not limited to:  assisting with billing and submission of payment requests for invoices, setting up visitor parking, establishing and maintaining parking accounts and issuing hang tags and setting up visitor parking.</li><li>Ensures all new hire paperwork for new staff is submitted to Corporate HR Department to ensure new employees are set-up on payroll system.</li><li>Maintains correspondence files and other electronic filing and/or hard copy filing either on-site or in storage.</li><li>Complete other administrative duties as assigned, such as:</li><li><ul><li>Make travel arrangements</li><li>Process and submit expense reports on behalf of direct managers.</li><li>Submit payment requests for invoices to the Accounts Payable Department</li><li>Responds to customer inquiries (e.g. answer questions regarding the company’s parking facilities and requests for refunds).</li></ul></li></ul> 

Qualifications:
 <ul><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:12pt">Minimum high-school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree (B.
