This role serves as a resource to Team Members and plant leaders, supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, payroll- and benefits-related processes, compliance, and employee engagement, while coordinating EHS programs, training, incident investigations, inspections, and environmental requirements. Our collaborative, people-focused culture supports complex module assembly and sequencing, contract manufacturing, supply chain, automation, and tooling and equipment design for OEM customers across automotive, industrial, e-mobility, heavy truck, defense, and technology sectors.
