Responsibilities: Managing a mixed ICU with patients requiring advanced respiratory and cardiovascular procedures, including ventilator management, IV drips, arterial and central line insertions, and bedside procedures such as bronchoscopies, GI scopes, and chest tube insertions. This role involves providing critical care to a diverse patient population, including medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgery patients, as well as post-operative open-heart patients on advanced life support therapies.
