This is hands-on, physical, mechanical work — operating a hydraulic steel shear, moving steel sheets by hand, crane, or magnet, and running a forklift on the production floor. That said, if you've worked in a warehouse, manufacturing plant, or other production environment, we want to hear about it — that background is a real plus, even if it's not on a shear specifically.
