The incumbent will work hand in hand with the Operations Supervisor & General Manager who will plan and oversee the daily floor operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved, while your focus will be on interfacing with the customer via operations email, entering new receivers into the warehouse management system (WMS), coordinating responses for inventory accuracy and processing administrative paperwork for outbound orders and inbound appointments.
