Analytical and evaluative skills in order to review and develop technical data and specifications and determine and establish sources of manufacture; analyze and evaluate deviations to technical requirements; develop technical changes to procurement specifications packages; analyze and resolve difficult issues and problems in the inventory management supply system involving supply processes, work methods, supply data management and day to day operational procedures. Supply Technician The Supply Technician shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
