The primary responsibilities of a Maintenance Worker include but are not limited to: general building maintenance, minor electrical repairs, repairing drywall, painting, paneling, wallpapering, sheetrock work, hanging doors, adjusting/changing locks and door hardware, fixing or replacing broken windows and screens, hanging pictures, minor plumbing repairs, unplugging drains, replacing leaky washers, re-lighting, replacing and adjusting heaters and controls, maintaining smoke detectors and emergency lights, maintaining swamp coolers/air conditioners and generators, replacing floor tiles, carpeting, wood flooring and/or linoleum repairs, repairing roofing, some grounds maintenance & irrigation repairs if needed, etc. Located in beautiful Palm Beach, Florida, our workplace offers the perfect blend of charm and vibrant community life—ideal for those who enjoy sunny weather, a relaxed lifestyle, and easy access to South Florida's thriving business and cultural scene.
