Pay Range: $135 - $140 per hour on W2 Job Summary:  We are searching for a seasoned Senior Director of Global Payroll & Equity Administration to spearhead our worldwide payroll and equity operations, ensuring compliance, scalability, and alignment with our growth. This role involves comprehensive management of global payroll and equity administration processes, enhancing operations through strategic workflow improvements, and fostering robust cross-functional collaboration to support financial reporting and compliance.
