The Senior Manager, Finance & Administration, Ebola Response is a key member of the MIHR Finance & Administration team and will provide critical financial and administrative management for the U.S. Department of State-funded $21M MOMENTUM Integrated Health Resilience (MIHR) Ebola Response project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).The Senior Manager will provide critical support the in-country team and regional offices by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the financial performance of project activities. Working closely with MIHR headquarters finance staff and the DRC field team, the Senior Manager will help strengthen internal financial controls, monitor and mitigate financial risks, ensure compliance with donor and organizational requirements, prepare accurate financial reports, and track financial performance against approved work plans and budgets.
