ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: Designs, coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates student and workforce development and career exploration programs that support HNL's talent pipeline strategy, including internships, shadowing, tours, educational outreach, Career Connections, Summer Immersion Program, and other workforce development initiatives. Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience coordinating workforce development programs, student programs, educational partnerships, healthcare education programs, internship programs, academic partnerships, employee development initiatives, or related functions required.
