In this role, you will help move specialty prescriptions through the approval and fulfillment journey by reviewing prescription information, coordinating with providers and pharmacy partners, supporting benefit investigations and prior authorizations, and resolving issues that could delay patient care. You will work alongside pharmacists, providers, payers, specialty pharmacies, and internal teams in a dynamic, technology-enabled environment where accuracy, follow-through, and thoughtful problem-solving matter.
