This includes strengthening manager effectiveness, addressing performance and employee concerns consistently, maintaining succession and development plans for critical roles, and using employee feedback and workforce trends to guide action. You will lead execution of the regional operating plan and align people, resources, and priorities so projects are delivered safely, profitably, on schedule, and in accordance with contractual, regulatory, quality, and ecological performance requirements.
