Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments, including BOH Operations, Box Office, Catering, Concessions, Finance, FOH Operations, Marketing, Merchandise, and Security, to ensure seamless event execution. This role serves as a primary liaison between clients, promoters, internal departments, vendors, and other event stakeholders to ensure events are executed safely, efficiently, and at a high level of service.
