Inspect and verify the installation of earthwork, subgrade/aggregate bases, cast-in-place concrete, post-tensioning/rebar, structural steel framing, asphalt/concrete paving, storm/sanitary drainage systems, and underground utilities for compliance with contract documents, approved submittals, and applicable building codes. - Ability to communicate effectively with, persuade, and gain “buy-in” from a broad range of stakeholders (e.g., executive team, leadership team, Business Unit Leaders, direct reports, clients, trade partners, and third-party providers).
