The ideal candidate will have ten (10) years of experience performing overhauls and repairs on any of the following shipboard electronics systems: Commercial Broadband Satellite Program (CBSP), Digital Modular Radio (DMR), Navy Multiband Terminal (NMT), High Frequency (HF), Radio Frequency (RF), High Frequency Radio Group (HFRG), Tactical Air Navigation System (TACAN), Electronic Support Measures (ESM), or Naval Shipboard Antenna Systems. Work typically requires an understanding of the interrelationships of circuits, exercising independent judgment in performing such tasks as making circuit analyses, calculating wave forms, and tracing relationships in signal flow, using complex test instruments such as high frequency pulse generators, frequency synthesizers, distortion analyzers, and complex computer control equipment.
