Can lead efforts and collaboration with a broad and diverse group of professionals and leaders in a highly matrixed environment including across physicians specialties within medicine, surgical, radiation, radiology, pathology, clinical laboratory, palliative care, hospital departments including administration, nursing, pharmacy, clinical research, access, social work, dietary, safety/quality support departments such as finance, facilities, legal, regulatory and more administrators within and across a wide range of organizations; YNHH, DNs, Trinity Health, YM, NEMG. As a transformational leader must have the ability to balance achievement of complex strategic and operational goals while supporting the development of and maintaining effective relationships with other delivery networks and health systems including all Trinity Health of New England locations.
