Develops and implements training programs in guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, product knowledge and all other pertinent operational task necessary to perform at the highest levels. Develop and maintain necessary systems for purchasing, receiving and maintaining inventory of products to manage from selection, purchasing, receiving, Ticketing, pars, and visual merchandising (with ownership).
